Received yours two letters yesterday. I was wondering where you were.

Billy & I ‘re fine. Hope that you’re better by now. Honey if you can’t work- you come home. Better take it easy for a while.

We’re having nice weather. I went to town yesterday by myself. Did some shopping. Am not thru yet.

Yes, your Dad fixed the Xmas tree last night but I don’t like the shape of it. The branches aren’t down. Anyway I’m going to wait till   You can come over. Then we can decorate it. No, don’t buy any kind of telephone. I’ve something else for Dolores.

Billy & Dale are playing here. Making racket. They play ok.

Helen & Dale decorated their Christmas tree last night.

Helen & I went to the show Sunday. Took the kids with us. I didn’t like the movie at all. You be sure not to send any money to Sgt. Ruth. Write him and tell him that you’ll send him some next month.

We’re getting along fine so don’t worry about us. Have to get dinner.

Hemos tenido buen clima. Ayer fui al pueblo sola. Hice algunas compras. Todavía no termino.

Sí, tu papá puso el árbol de navidad anoche, pero no me gustó. Las ramas no bajaron. De todas formas voy a esperar hasta que   tú puedas venir para decorarlo. No, no compres ningún teléfono. Tengo otra cosa para Dolores.

Billy y Dale están jugando junto a mí y están haciendo un escándalo. Juegan bien juntos.

Helen y Dale decoraron su árbol de navidad anoche.

Helen y yo fuimos al cine el domingo y llevamos a los niños. No me gustó nada la película. Por favor no le mandes dinero al sargento Ruth. Escríbele y dile que le enviarás algo el mes próximo.
